For people and nature – an eco housing project
Gulia is a complex of private houses in Gulia, Dîmboviţa County, in the Ilfov area.
With a Nordic architecture, based largely on sustainable and essentially natural materials, signed by the VISARH office, with a long experience in carrying out such projects, the concept fits perfectly into the natural environment and the rhythms of the locality.
The starting point of the project was a development study carried out in advance, regarding the rectangular land, with immediate access to the route. The requirements that the latter had to meet, defined together with the Beneficiary, were the variety of planimetric solutions framed in unique architecture, the presence of a pedestrian passage and several common open spaces.
Beyond the creation of living spaces for a growing population, the new development was to add value to the owners’ investments in this long-term housing.
