Base level consist of booths with motor parts, entrance hall and warehouses. Following the project brief, in collaboration with engineers, architects delivered a concept for fast and celan assembly, without residues in the construction site. Steel structure, covered with insulated corrugated sandwich panels, sized to provide high thermal and energy comfort. Big windows are designed and calculated to give a pleasant and homogeneous light throughout the year. The design is sober, with very few well-assembled materials and constructive solutions that hide the joining pieces; the structure is the only architectural ornament. As a result, stimulating, spacious, and open spaces were achieved in contact with outside nature through the entrances of natural light, to experience the permanent change generated by the clouds and the hours of the day. Dark grey and red skin-layers alternates translucent glazed exterior walls. Upper level includes perimetric outdoor terrace. Indoor area is divided into offices, conference rooms and utilities rooms
