In the longer term, there is also the possibility of merging two apartments into a larger one to meet any changing needs. Alternative options for last level are penthouses with panoramic views.

This project adopts a subtractive process, a complete inversion of the traditional way of thinking about typical additive residential design. Substracted volumes from main block open up loggia and teraces. As the result of this section, interior walls and the bottom of the slab of the loggia are finished with wood siding. Color insertion comes in olive green metal rails and window reveals. Building entrance from the ground level makes the access easy and comfortable. A vibrant lifestyle and completely new meaning of the words “I am at home”
