Soviet architectural heritage, monolith assembled structure of pre-fabricated elements. Prominent balconies, partially glazed. Renovated and adopted to office needs to hold big events, the last floor has a bigger height and an open plan layout. Two blocks of two sizes covers the need in space of multiple use. Economical part of the project shows the efficiency of rehabilitation versus demolition and construction from scratch.
